5" Downpipe-Back Exhaust - Single Exit

Built for 2011-2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD powered by the 6.6L Duramax LML. This is a full downpipe-back straight pipe system that replaces your restrictive factory exhaust from the downpipe all the way to the tailpipe.

What You Get

  • 5.00" OD mandrel-bent tubing from downpipe to tailpipe - no crimp bends, maximum flow
  • 16-gauge American-sourced stainless steel - built to handle high EGTs and resist corrosion
  • Contour-bent OE-style hangers - drop-in fit, no modification needed
  • Heavy-duty lap-joint exhaust band clamps included
  • Available in 3-bolt flange (2015.5-2016) or V-band (2011-2015) configuration

Why Run a Downpipe-Back System?

The factory LML exhaust is restrictive and chokes your turbo. A 5" downpipe-back system reduces backpressure, lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and lets your turbo spool faster. Whether you're running a stock truck or a tuned LML making big power, this exhaust will breathe better and sound aggressive without the drone.

Fitment

  • Engine: 6.6L Duramax LML
  • Years: 2011-2016
  • Trucks: Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD, GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD
  • Config: Single exit, downpipe-back

Flange Selection

3-Bolt: For 2015.5-2016 LML models with the factory 3-bolt downpipe flange.

V-Band: For 2011-2015 LML models with the factory V-band clamp. If you have a 2015.5+ truck with a 3-bolt flange, you can still run the V-Band version by cutting the flange and reusing your OEM V-band clamp.
