We stand behind the parts we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

• Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Condition: Parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all hardware and instructions. Installed parts cannot be returned.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges: Need a different part? Contact us first and we'll help you get the right fitment.
• Non-returnable items: Custom tuning files, software downloads, and electronic tuning devices that have been unlocked or activated cannot be returned.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
• Shipping carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the item size and destination.
• Domestic shipping: We ship to all 50 United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Oversized items: Large exhaust systems and heavy components may require additional processing time and ship via freight.
• International shipping: We currently do not offer automatic international shipping at checkout. Contact us at slabindustriesdiesel@gmail.com for international order inquiries and we'll work with you.
• Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately and we'll file a claim with the carrier.

Your privacy matters to us. Here's how we handle your information:

• What we collect: Your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment information when you place an order. Vehicle information (year, make, engine) when provided for fitment purposes.
• How we use it: To process and ship your orders, communicate about your purchases, provide customer support, and send occasional product updates and promotions (you can opt out at any time).
• We don't sell your data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• Payment security: All payment processing is handled by Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your full credit card details.
• Cookies: Our site uses standard cookies for cart functionality, analytics, and site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
• Your rights: You can request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

By purchasing from SLAB INDUSTRIES DIESEL, you agree to these terms:

• Off-road use disclaimer: Many of our products are designed for competition and off-road use only. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and comply with all local, state, and federal emissions laws and regulations. SLAB INDUSTRIES DIESEL is not responsible for vehicles that fail emissions inspections.
• Professional installation recommended: Some products require professional installation. We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation. Always follow the included instructions.
• Product accuracy: We strive for accurate fitment information, but it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm their vehicle's year, make, model, and engine specifications before purchasing. Contact us if you're unsure about fitment.
• Pricing and availability: Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• Tuning products: Custom tuning files and software are digital products delivered electronically. Once a tuning file has been provided, it cannot be refunded unless the file is proven defective.
• Limitation of liability: SLAB INDUSTRIES DIESEL is not responsible for any vehicle damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products. All products are used at the buyer's own risk.

• Manufacturer warranties: Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Contact us for specific warranty information on any product.
• Our guarantee: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we'll replace it or refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
• What's not covered: Damage from improper installation, misuse, racing abuse, modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
